I came here with a baby and friends and we all enjoyed the food. The servers were friendly and helpful.
After 5 years, I'm finally leaving the review this restaurant has earned. The food is excellent. The servings are oversized. The prices are economical. The staff and owners that are regularly present, are polite and helpful. The interior is recently remodeled and clean enough to earn multiple awards from the city, which are proudly displayed on the wall. All of that, was not enough to motivate me to write this review, until I witnessed the good nature of one of the owners tonight. Maryville took the time to talk with an obviously struggling young man who walked through the door. While his food was being prepared, she spoke to him as though she were a professional mental health counselor! You could see the difference she made. These people simply deserve your business and you'll be pleased you stopped in.
Easily some of the best Pupusas I've ever eaten in my entire life. I HIGHLY recommend the Queso Con Loroco Pupusa, it's an underappreciated flavor. And finish up your meal with the fried plantains, they're perfect.
Phenomenal. Their typical breakfast platter was amazing. Great place during my layover for the train. 10/10. I want to visit El Salvador now if the food there is this good or better.
The food is consistently delicious. Me and my boyfriend get take out from here at least twice a week because Its so good. The pollo saltado is a delicious and the breaded chicken cutlet is aswell. The chicken is cream sauce is amazing but it is on the bone for those who do not like that. They cook chicken to perfection and it’s consistent which is the best part. You dont come here for atmosphere but for good food at fair prices!
Baleadas and Pupusas all day every day. I can't claim to be an expert when it come to Honduran food, but I am an expert when it comes to eating beans meat and cheese wrapped in delicious tortillas. The only warning is to be careful when ordering if your eyes are bigger than your stomach. Prices are very reasonable are portions are generous.
This place is not too far from my new apartment and it is a MUST. Its very authentic and inviting especially to newcomers who eventually become family at this excellent establishment! The Pollo Saltado is AMAZING but the Pollo Empanizado is can’t miss as well! Can't wait to try their tacos!!!
I really like this place. First-time customer, they were extremely friendly! The food was amazing and tasty, and the staff recommended great dishes! The staff also accommodated my toddler, and treated all of us like family. I would recommend this place
